The main heating in the room was not working. i had to use a small plug-in heater. the hotel requires refurbishment. The electrics need replacing.

the room i stayed in looked tired. there was some yellow water staining present on the ceiling. additionally, the carpet seemed old. i consider these aspects in need of attention.

the room size was generous i appreciated new facilities. the restaurant offered great value especially the set menu i found it quite appealing. staff members were friendly i felt very welcomed they were very good too assist with any request.
the window in my room did not close properly it was warped this allowed some outside noise to filter in during windy nights.
