The room was really small (smaller than I thought). The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from other rooms. the water pressure in the shower was quite low. The room was very basic and lacked some amenities I expected. These issues impacted my stay.

The location was superb. Shops and eateries were plentiful nearby. transport links to various areas were very accessible. i found the staff responded promptly to inquiries via email, though a dedicated reception would make luggage storage simpler.
the small size of the room was really the only downside.

Many restaurants are close. You can find varied cuisines. several pubs are within a short walk. I noted at least five within five minutes. nearby supermarkets allow you to stock up for your stay.

A secure key safe provides convenient access to rooms. i appreciate the strong wi-fi signal. It made working remotely easy. the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. This is useful for quick refreshments.

The hotel is within a ten-minute walk of the nearest tube station. westfield shopping center is also a short distance away. the neighborhood felt safe. I walked alone at night without concern.

the location was convenient. it was easy to get around using nearby tube and bus routes. the accommodation suited my needs for meeting friends. the olympia exhibition center was a short walk away.
the pictures made the rooms seem bigger. i noticed limited light, especially in the bathroom. the carpet looked like it was not vacuumed. i could hear a lot of noise from the street outside.

the location was acceptable with good access to transport links.
The room i booked was not the room i received. It felt misleading. the room's condition was disappointing, with visible signs of wear and tear and some exposed wires. the staff seemed uninterested in resolving these issues, so their help was limited.
