Fantastic Stay!

tube station friendly staff clean room

The hotel's closeness to the Tube station made getting around SO easy! The staff were wonderfully friendly. My room was very clean and tidy, which I appreciated after a long day.

I noticed a small crack on the mirror. It was a minor issue though.

My room included a comfortable bed and fresh linen. I also found some nice amenities in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked great. It was very welcome, especially during warm weather.

tube tracks noise issue

The staff was polite and helpful. That was acceptable.

the noise from the nearby tube tracks was a major issue. it was very noisy all day and much of the night. double glazing upgrades are definitely needed to reduce that noise.

Anil and Patrick provided really good customer service, they were both very professional. They assisted with flower delivery to surprise my wife for our anniversary! I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future. The staff's attentiveness was excellent.

I noticed that the room carpet was worn. It needs a very thorough cleaning to enhance overall room freshness. Despite this, the rest of the room was perfectly clean, and the hotel's services met all my needs.
