average experience in a standard double room
the cleaner moved my stuff into the garbage even though i was still staying there. wet mens underwear was on top in a garbage bag so my clothes was soaked. the hotel didnt clean or return them properly and they lose part of my clothes. the staff was impolite about it.

central location clean room
the location was excellent and very much reachable by walk. the rooms are okay and the room was clean. the staff are accommodating.
i observed noise late at night. we asked people to be mindful of their voice at 1am. this included the night receptionist speaking loudly downstairs.

the standard double room included fresh towels daily. it featured a tv and a tiny fridge. the room was clean upon arrival and maintained well throughout the stay.

the receptionists were very friendly, especially ali. ali had excellent customer service. the hotel staff offered us tea every time we entered the hotel showing attentive service.

the location is central less than 10 mins walk from the grand bazaar. it is a 2in walk from the main tram lines. major tourist attractions were easily accessible from the hotel.

breakfast included a variety of traditional turkish dishes. sufficient western and european dishes were also available. the breakfast provision felt really homely ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

sea view airport transfer helpful staff
The location provided AMAZING access to major attractions. The breakfast room offered a BEAUTIFUL sea view. Doğan at reception assisted us greatly with airport transfers.
The lift was quite small. It barely fits three people.
