perfect locationclean roomgood communicationscruffy entranceblack scuffclose desk
the location felt perfect. it was so close to the cathedral ruins. the room was well kept and clean. i also found the communication to be good.
The entrance felt particularly unwelcoming. I thought the entrance was a bit scruffy. there were black scuff marks everywhere too, which detracted. the desk was too close to the bed.

Simple and Central Stay

great showeradequate cutlerycomfy bedinadequate communication
The shower had excellent water pressure. The room had adequate cutlery and crockery. The bed was comfy. The location worked well for my needs.
The communication about the entry codes felt inadequate. I found that arriving late caused some initial difficulty with accessing the hotel because of it.
