charming find near the trail

the room was really spacious and tidy. breakfast each morning provided a wonderful start. the owner was so friendly and cute to us. the hotel having parking available, that was a real plus.
i noticed a faint smoke smell in the corridor outside our room.

the hotel is near the rodwell trail, a five minute walk away. it is also close to castle cove beach. number 1 bus runs from the top of the road.

the room was spacious and really clean! i walked to the rodwell trail and castle cove beach in just five minutes. the breakfast was excellent and i loved the evening meal there. the owner was very friendly and i will definitely book again next time.
the bed was not too comfortable . i also smelled smoke in the corridor right outside my room. i really hope the hotel looks into this, as it could be a real fire hazard.

a full english breakfast with cereal and yoghurt is available. it is also close to food shops and convenience stores, so snacks are easy to get. several vending machines are available for late-night snacks.

the hotel is near a beach! the hotel is a short walk into town. a walking and cycling path goes right to town, it is very convenient. the location offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

the staff are friendly and always try to help. the owners are very kind and informative about the area. i found the hosts to be cute and available. there were no problems at all.

The breakfast had local sausages and bacon. It was a lovely full English breakfast! The room was clean. It was big enough too. The hotel stands 200 meters from the sea coast.
The bed was not very comfortable. I think I was the only person in the hotel. The shower did not work properly.

staff was very nice . breakfast offered several choices. my room had free parking which was useful. location near a cycling path was a bonus for getting around. i found the beer garden a good spot when the sun shone.
the bed felt too firm for my taste.

the location was nice it was near the rodwell trail. castle cove beach was only a five minute walk. the breakfast was excellent it has many options.
the tv remote's battery was very weak.

The staff were great. they were very friendly and helpful and polite. the room was lovely, very clean, and well decorated. the breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely stay again.
the bed was not too comfortable. i think we were the only people in the hotel. it was cold, and they only just put the heating on when we arrived.
