acceptable breakfastcramped roombathroom door
breakfast was acceptable and reminded me of my childhood holidays.
My room felt quite cramped. the bathroom door did not close properly and lacked a lock. i also could not locate a hairdryer. I wish i had brought my own.

dave and lyn are amazing hosts! i really appreciated the great location too with its easy walk to the beach! the free parking was such a bonus for exploring the area.
I found the room a bit dated which impacted my stay. A small refresh would make a big difference!

breakfast was plentiful and tasty with lots of options available. i loved the full english breakfast as it included high-quality ingredients! the coffee was very good and ready early.

the guest house location is perfect for exploring the town. the beach is only a short walk away so it makes it easy to pop down. parking is included which saved me a lot of hassle.

The room included tea and coffee facilities with daily top-ups. That's a win. the wifi was free and reliable! i used it to plan my day trips and stay connected.

dave and lyn were very friendly and helpful during my whole stay! they gave me great tips about local attractions and nice restaurants. nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them!

Dave and Lynn were very nice. We had bunk beds for the kids, it was so much fun! The location was great, a short walk to the beach.
The room felt a bit old fashioned. There were no drawers in the room. I could not find a hair dryer in the room.

the hosts were SO friendly. the breakfast was excellent with very good service and tasty food. my children LOVED the castle bunk beds in our room.
The decor felt very dated to me. the room COULD use a refurbish. It was adequate, just not very modern. I did find the carpets on the stairs were dirty.

i found the breakfast plentiful and tasty. the proprietor gave lots of information regarding the town. the location was near the beach and city centre.
the flooring in the entrance hallway was loose in some areas and seemed a bit dangerous. the carpets on the stairs looked dirty. the stairs were very steep with no handrail to hold onto.
