Surprisingly Good Value!
convenient location bag storage room tea easy walk
The location was so convenient for my planned activities! I really appreciated the hotel storing my bags before check-in. The tea and coffee in the room were very welcome after a long journey. Walking to both Mt Eden and Mt St John proved easy and added to my trip!
The road noise was noticeable, even with the windows closed. It would be good to have thicker glass.

The room included a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave. These features allowed for simple meal preparation and storage of snacks and drinks. It was very useful.

Convenient Location, Compact Room!
convenient location available parking public transport professional staff
I appreciated the proximity to Westfield Newmarket. The location is ideal for accessing surrounding areas and public transport. The staff were very professional and accomodating.
The room had thin walls so noise from the hallway carried in easily.

The room included a microwave, toaster, and a mini fridge, which I found useful. The bed and pillows were comfortable after a long day of travel. Lighting by the bed included a convenient mirror. Dishwashing liquid was also provided.

convenient location friendly staff clean room affordable parking
the location proved very convenient with easy access to transport and a nearby mall. i found the staff friendly and helpful. my room was clean and well-kept. parking was available for $15 per 24 hours, which i considered a great value.
the air conditioning made odd noises, even when turned off.

the location is near a shopping center, this provided easy access to many different shops. it is also within walking distance of mount eden (i took a pleasant walk there one afternoon).

the room was a decent size and had everything i needed. housekeeping came in daily, a feature i found quite good. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.
