Solid Stay in Central Location
clean room smooth check-in fresh towels useful water heater
The room was clean I slept with the windows open. Staff were great and check in was very smooth. I appreciated the fresh towels provided daily I also found the tea and water heater useful. The building has a functional elevator with a clear weight limit.
The walls seemed a bit thin noises from adjacent rooms were audible.

fresh towels central location
the location is central giving access to queen street and k road, i noted. fresh towels were provided daily and toiletries were stocked, i found. the internet worked well.
the amount charged for car parking was unexpected, i thought.

comfortable beds friendly staff
i found the beds quite large and comfortable.. the fridge in my double room was a definite bonus. the staff was easy to approach and ready to help.
the hotel entrance seemed unfinished and looked old, which wasn't very cute when i first arrived.

The bus stop was just outside, a real bonus after a long journey. i found a kettle with tea and coffee in my economy single room. the receptionist was very helpful. She answered all my questions.
The parking was a little expensive. Though the location was great

the front desk staff were very helpful arranging a taxi. the room had tea and coffee making facilities. a microwave in the common area helped heat leftover food. i found the provided fan and heater useful.
the upward slope made walking with heavy luggage difficult. a cab is definitely recommended to reach the hotel entrance.

the location proved useful for city explorations. i found the staff polite and helpful with directions. my room rate was reasonable for a short stay and the hotel's closeness to transport links aided travel.
the noise level from adjacent rooms was noticeable. i could clearly hear conversations and movements, which sometimes disrupted my sleep. better soundproofing would benefit guests.
