I found the staff helpful and friendly. the room included a super comfortable bed, and the hotel was in a great location. i appreciated the parking. I was happy to leave my car there. the front desk personnel spoke english and french, it was nice.
The floor was miserable. The window was super weird to open and didn't offer natural light!

The beds were comfortable and generously sized. The room itself was clean and well kept! The free parking underneath the building was amazing. The staff looking after the hotel were really friendly.
The shower temperature fluctuated. It was either too hot or too cold.

The staff were very helpful. they were friendly. the location is good. Metro stations are nearby. it was easy to travel around. there was a bakery just behind the corner with delicious breakfast. it was really lovely.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom. I had to ask for it. the room was quite dusty. trash was not emptied from the small bin one day. i stayed in a non-smoking room, but there was a smell of smoke.
