the hotel's location was central . i secured a discount at the kebab place below and also on car parking, useful.
the room had a strong smoke smell and constant noise came from operating fans , which i found distracting. the shower door would not close properly, and the water temperature fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold.

The staff efficiently fixed the shower handle in my parents' room after i reported it. I appreciated their swift response. instructions for arrival were also clear and easy to follow, made checking in simple. they were very helpful with date changes.

amazing city center spot!
central location bigger room comfy bed
i was so excited about how central this location is! the room was bigger than expected, i was able to spread out and relax. i found an iron and a kettle which was amazing for quick touch-ups and a hot drink before heading out. the bed was comfy too!
the room needed some love.. i saw a few holes in the walls, and some sockets didn't work.

i was pleased with the superb location, close to everything. i found clean, nice bedding and beds a plus. the staff were pleasant and helpful i felt. a fan was in the room too, that i appreciated during the hottest days.
the stairs proved a little challenge with luggage.

The hotel is in a very central spot. It is very close to local attractions. My room was a great size, and it had two double beds. There was still ample space for all four of us.
