heating system

The room's heating system did not work. I was shivering until a small plug-in radiator was given to me. The breakfast experience at 07:00 was chaotic because of a large tourist group. Items at the buffet disappeared quickly and restocking took too long.

Comfortable Stay Near ICC

My room was spacious and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bar had big screens for the Euros and a good selection of grub from the bar menu. The beds were comfy, so I slept well.

The bedroom was dated. The bathroom was also dated and could use a refresh.

The location is perfect for attending events at ICC Wales. It's easily accessible from the M4 motorway. The hotel is also within walking distance of the ICC.
