I stayed in a beautiful queen room for three nights. The room featured a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. Breakfast offered many options and fresh food (i especially liked fresh bakery!). The location provided easy access to the Galata Tower and nearby attractions. I also appreciated the staff's readiness to help with directions.

I noticed the soundproofing could be improved. Some street noise was audible.

the hotel location proved superb, very close to galata tower. the staff at reception provided helpful assistance. i found the breakfast had good quality, it was a good morning treat. the comfortable beds ensured restful nights, i slept soundly each night.

i noted a slight issue regarding the shower, i saw a bit mold in the shower area.

The staff proposed a nice non-touristic fish restaurant. It was important since restaurant prices are out of control in the touristic areas.

Our room was located in another building. I had to get dressed and go outside every morning for breakfast. Rooms were not cleaned well and towels were not replaced. The WiFi was unstable and kept disappearing.
