sagging bedrude staff
The beds were not good. Mine sagged badly on one side. For a room meant for three people, we only received two key cards. Asking for an extra card at the reception was met with rudeness. They insisted two was the limit, no matter how many guests there were. The staff seemed poorly trained and unhelpful when I got locked out of my room. They even doubted my story about the lock malfunction.

The room was good, clean, and had everything i needed! the location is near haram. It's only about a 10-minute walk. the reception staff was very good and helpful, especially mr ali. i will definitely return to stay again! it was a great experience.
the bathroom facilities could use a little improvement, i noticed the shower had hot water for only a very short time before it turned cold.

the location is very close to haram, an approximate 8-minute walk, which i found very convenient! the hotel is located near anjum hotel. i could hear the adhan from masjid haram very well!

the staff, especially those on floor "3", were very kind and helpful. they brought fresh water, new towels, and toiletries every day. the reception was fast and professional!!! they are very attentive and polite.

The bathroom was small. It seemed like showering in a closet. the hot water situation was a joke. It lasted maybe a minute before turning ice cold. Sleep was a luxury, not a guarantee.

the staff was super kind! ahmed at the restaurant was really nice. nubil at housekeeping also did a fantastic job! the hotel is very close to the masjid al haram, amazing!!!
there were no shower doors. the bathroom floor got super wet after every shower. we also didn't have hot water for three days. this was a HUGE problem!!!

The staff upgraded my room. It was a welcome surprise. housekeeping was also prompt with water requests. i received the water in a minute. It was appreciated.
The wi-fi was really bad. I found it unusable. the reception said it was provider-based. It offered no immediate solution.

The staff was always friendly and ready to assist. My room was very clean and well kept. Zakir Molla was especially helpful. His service was very professional.
The walk to the Haram included a slightly challenging ramp (something to consider for elderly guests).
