The location was fairly close to Masjid Al Haram. IT was around a 15-minute walk to the entrance. The room was adequately sized for my needs.

The hotel golf cart service was limited, SO it was necessary to walk up a steep hill at times.

The location was amazing, just a short seven minute walk to the haram. i found the staff kind and cute. They were skilled in handling customers. the buggy service was great, they even arrived promptly after a single call. they made getting around so easy!

the hotel is located uphill, which can be challenging for elderly people or those with mobility issues.

this hotel offers excellent proximity to the haram. the mosque is just a short walk away, about ten minutes, nice for convenient access. this proximity made prayer times and visits easy to schedule.

The staff were helpful from the friendly desk to the housekeeping staff. It. WE got a free upgrade to a suite. It was a very nice touch by the staff because we had a long travelling night.

The uphill climb was HARD! The promised cart was always a no-show. The hotel NEEDS upgrades and just basic maintainance.

The location is a bit uphill, but i found the shuttle service quite reliable. It saved me a lot of energy. the staff was accommodating with my request for an early check-in, a super friendly gesture. the value for the money surprised me, especially considering the great service i experienced.

The location nears the Haram is good. The room service was prompt and efficient. Cleanliness received high marks. Wegdan, the receptionist, was very kind.

The receptionist never answer my calls. The toilets are too small, I think. The carpets were very old and full of stains.
