The shared kitchen had proper labeling facilities. I felt secure leaving my groceries in the communal fridges. The reception staff were amiable and gave advice on some local attractions. The railway station was easily accessible.
The number of available amenities was very low, and there was no temperature controller within the room. I needed to go downstairs to request temperature adjustments. The absence of a phone in the room made it difficult to communicate simple needs.

The family room accommodated us five nicely. The breakfast offered decent options and the facilities seemed quite modern. The water fountain just outside offered clean water. Outdoor tables gave us spaces for meals from the kitchen.

the staff were polite and breakfast was acceptable.
I was surprised that even basic amenities like an iron were not available in the room. there was also no tea or coffee provided, which i found disappointing. additionally, i had to pay extra for a simple power adapter. I found this excessive.

I found the staff polite ! George, specifically, was very helpful with directions. The room felt clean and warm , a great combination after a long day.
The towels had a noticeable chemical smell.
