The hotel's location across from the train station was a big plus. it made getting around easy. the staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions quickly. the room was very comfy and tidy enough for a short stay, i was grateful for that.
The noise level in the room was a problem. it faced the street, and it was noisy until late. the breakfast did not have a wide variety. I had to wait a while. the gym was also quite small

The location was very convenient, close to the train station. the staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed my needs. the breakfast buffet had a nice variety, i found many options i liked.
the room was quite small for the price, i felt a bit cramped. the noise from the street was noticeable, even at night. the bathroom had some minor maintenance issues, like a loose faucet.

The location was convenient, a short walk to the main station. The reception staff were also helpful with directions. The breakfast service was very friendly and efficient! I also found the air conditioning quite effective.
The room's soundproofing could have been better. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

The staff provided prompt and efficient assistance with luggage storage before check-in. Giulio, in particular, offered excellent service and genuine hospitality. I found this enhanced my arrival experience!

The room was recently refurbished and included comfortable beds. The cleanliness was perfect. The functional air conditioning ensured a restful sleep during warm days. I must add the provided WiFi service worked perfectly.
