amazing location helpful staff nice balcony old hotel slow lift worn rooms

the location is amazing it's so close to the harbor i just loved walking around kerkira city center it was really convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i had a room with a nice balcony with a great view i really enjoyed.

i noticed the hotel seemed quite old and it looked poorly maintained. the lift was really slow and had a bit of a musty smell. the rooms felt a bit worn and i reminded me of they needed some tlc.

excellent air conditioning invoice printing dark corridor slow lift

The room included air conditioning. The receptionist booked a taxi for me at 3:30 AM. She printed the invoice for airline reimbursement too.

The corridors to rooms were dark. They were also hot and had an unpleasant smell. The lift in the hotel moved very slowly.

Location good. Some concerns.

weak shower small bathroom

The room showed its age. The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat. I also noticed the bathroom was quite small. It was hard to move around in there. The shower pressure was weak. This made it difficult to rinse off properly.

Okay stay in a centrally located hotel

great location big room friendly staff dark corridor damp room poor cleaning

The hotel had a great location, everything i needed was just around the corner. My room was a family room, it was quite big. I found the staff friendly and the service was good, they got me the room earlier than expected.

The corridors were too dark and hot, i also noticed an unpleasant smell. My room smelled of damp. I found hairs in the room, so it had not been properly cleaned.

a harbor view haven

prime spot reliable shower good surprise

i relished the prime spot right on the marina. our upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment was a good surprise for my little ones. the rooms provided basic comfort, and i loved the reliable shower.

the corridors lacked sufficient lighting and had a slightly stale smell, though it was not too bothering.

The hotel is excellently situated very close to the historical center. This allows easy access to various attractions. The sea view from the hotel added to the romance.
