old carpet soft mattress
The location was central , offering easy access to the old town.
The room felt quite dated and worn , especially the old carpet. The mattress was too soft for my liking, causing some discomfort during the night. I also noticed the bathroom fan was broken .

great location effective air conditioning renovated bathroom handy taxi
the location proved convenient. the air conditioning in the room worked effectively. i found the bathroom recently renovated, a nice surprise. there was a taxi rank across the street, a feature i utilized for an early departure.
I noticed some noise from nearby bars until late. It impacted the overall tranquility slightly.

renovated bathroom sea view
the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is a bit old, but the room and the bathroom were renovated. just the carpet seemed to be original, but it was clean. the room was nice with a sea view. the bed was comfortable.
There is no proper entrance or reception on the ground floor. Just a small hallway with stairs and a lift. the notice informing reception is on the 1st floor is very small and not immediately apparent.

The lift serves all floors. it can be a bit noisy. there is a luggage storage room available after checkout. the hotel provides complimentary toiletries, convenient for short stays. the building maintains its historical character.

decent location, but some issues persist
soft bed poor wifi
the location was great, close to everything i wanted to see. it made getting around easy.
the room had a very soft bed, it caused me back pain. also, the wifi barely worked, i could not even send a simple message. the lack of drawers or shelves made it hard to unpack anything.

great location friendly staff excellent air conditioning dated furnishings missing smoke alarms no breakfast
the location worked well for me near shops. the staff was friendly. air conditioning worked very well in the room so i slept comfortably.
the furnishings seemed dated. there were no smoke alarms in the room i stayed in. there was no breakfast available at the hotel itself.

My room was a single room harbour view. It had up to date fixtures. the shower had good water pressure. crisp, clean towels were replenished each day.
