the staff were kind. the receptionist helped us figure out the best way to split our time among the many attractions. he might end up being the highlight of our entire trip. the location is great and close to public transport and metro.
my room was on the third floor, and the staircase did not have ac. it was rough to climb after hours of sightseeing in the heat.

my room was tidy, clean, and well-furnished. the en suite bathroom was also clean. the wifi connection was excellent in the room, beneficial when i needed to work.

there was no breakfast provided at the hotel. i noted the presence of three bars and bakeries located very nearby. it provided convenient alternatives for morning meals and refreshments , a plus!

the location was convenient. it was easily walkable to several attractions.
the room was small. i found the bathroom particularly cramped. paying extra for air conditioning felt unreasonable, especially during hot weather. the noise from other guests was disruptive. i could hear everything through the walls.

the staff IS very friendly and helpful. the hotel location IS convenient, near many restaurants. the room i stayed in WAS clean and well-kept daily. i enjoyed THE proximity to public transportation options.
the stairs LACKED air conditioning, making the climb difficult after sightseeing.

My room was on the top floor. The climb became quite the workout after a day of sightseeing. paying extra for air conditioning felt a bit much. It should be a standard amenity, especially during the hot summer months. I was there in July, of course. I mean it is a hot month, so you end up paying because what choice do you have?

The staff members were consistently cute and polite . my room was particularly clean and well-kept. I found it very pleasant. the location was indeed perfect and convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
i noticed the room lacked sufficient soundproofing and noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible.

The room i booked felt smaller than advertised, and moving around with my luggage became annoying. the bathroom was also tiny. a shower caused water to spill everywhere since there wasn't a proper enclosure. plus, i wasn't told about the extra charge for the air conditioning upfront. Finding that out later was just irritating.
