The check-in process was easy. The room was spacious and clean. I found the bed comfortable. BREAKFAST had a good variety of options.
The carpets in the corridor smelled old! The parking lot was full when I arrived. I had to drive around to find parking. My room only had a small window.

i found the staff helpful and friendly especially the receptionist. the rooms were very clean and cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. the view from my balcony was beautiful i liked the comfortable beds.
the room was too hot even with fans the room also had a bad smell like it was old i think they could improve this.

the pool seemed fine. it was there, anyway.
Honestly, the noise was something else, every slammed door echoed, and i'm pretty sure i heard the couple next door arguing about what kind of cheese to buy. the room wasn't exactly what i'd call updated. It looked like it hadn't seen a fresh coat of paint since the early 90s! and the lack of air conditioning? in this day and age. it was like stepping into a sauna every time i walked in.

I enjoyed the helpful front desk staff. They ensured my balcony request was met starting on my second day. The rooms were very clean. Fresh towels arrived daily. The staff accommodated all our requests. They even held our luggage on check-out day.
I noticed steps everywhere. It was hard to get around with my large suitcase.

the reception ladies provided awesome service. one lady took a good photo of me with a panoramic view, and she made me tea in the evening. the room was really comfortable.
The room decor felt very dated throughout. there were few sockets in the room. I unplugged the telly and fridge to use them. there were no sockets next to the bed.
