The hotel is close to central areas. It took me around 5 minutes to reach the main center. breakfast offered variety. the room had air conditioning that worked properly. staff were very cute and helpful. the location includes parking.

The lack of English proficiency among most of the staff posed a significant challenge. Detailed requests often required drawings to ensure understanding. The room amenities were lacking, specifically, the absence of tissues and the small size of the shampoo bottles were noted. Housekeeping was inconsistent. My parents' room needed mopping after being out all day. My room was not cleaned for three days despite my request at reception.

the hotel's location was convenient. it was within walking distance of the town center and the public beach. our room included a spacious balcony and a separate sitting room from the bedroom.
The staff did not speak english well. i found that communication was often difficult. the air conditioning in the room did not cool it adequately. It was quite noisy as well.

I found the staff very attentive. they were happy to fill my every need. deniz, the head waiter. the hotel itself is tranquil. The rooms are on different levels.

i loved the beautiful landscaping. the hotel upgraded our room and gave us a private terrace. from there, i could look out over the pool and the harbor. i especially enjoyed the castle view, it was very excellent.
The air-conditioning did not really cool the room. It was a bit noisy.

The breakfast buffet was rich and varied. It offered plenty of delicious options. i could choose from a wide selection of items each day. the service was attentive, with staff making sure guests were well taken care of. This was really appreciated.

the hotel sits within walking distance of shops and restaurants. these are dotted along the beach. i felt away from the chaos while lying next to the pool. awesome views over the sea added to my relaxation!
