The room was spacious and comfortable. rooms were cleaned daily! breakfast was substantial. Yogurt, banana, orange, bread, ham, cheese, juice, tea and coffee. i found a good italian restaurant nearby, 'al garage', with great food and service.
i found the bathroom and bedroom a bit outdated. i had an external bathroom. i had to use a key to open it from the hallway, especially annoying at night. i felt a bit closed off.

Raquel provided excellent communication, very helpful. She gave us timely door codes and fantastic local recommendations. The room was super clean and spacious enough for both of us. The breakfast was a good, communal experience with other guests. I appreciated these thoughtful touches.
The room doors did not seal perfectly, so hall noise was audible.

the location was fine and the communication was very helpful..
The breakfast was not what i expected based on the photos. There wasn't much beyond toast with ham and cheese. i had to ask for hot milk, and there wasn't honey or jam, a bit disappointing. the mattress wasn't comfortable, and i could hear everything happening in the other rooms as if the other guests were right there with me.
