The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the main train station. This made transportation very easy. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. Breakfast offered a good selection of items.
I would advise using the stairs if you feel claustrophobic.

i stayed in a room with single beds as requested. the staff was available around the clock. they responded to all messages quickly. daily housekeeping changed the bed and towels and emptied the bins. the air conditioning worked very well. there was a lot of space and super value for money
the hallway carpets had stains all over

the staff was helpful and kind . giulia at reception was especially dedicated to making my stay as pleasant as possible. she offered assistance with directions. the staff stored luggage.

i found a good selection of breakfast items. the hotel is near a variety of dining choices. a cafe next door opens early at 5:30 am. there are several other cafes nearby.

the beds had box spring mattresses. the room was very quiet. the bathroom was clean with a great shower. the air conditioning was excellent and provided comfortable temperatures .

the hotel is right across from termini station. the location is convenient for train travel. many attractions are within walking distance. the hotel is a good base to explore the city.

convenient locationpoor room conditionlittle natural light
the location is very convenient if you are traveling by train. it is right next to the train station.
the room was not what i expected based on the photos. there was very little natural light since the window faced the inside of a run-down building. the faucets also seemed to be in poor condition.

The location was excellent. I could quickly grab a coffee from across the street and return to my room in minutes. The rooms were acceptable, and everything was functional.. The beds were also comfortable. The staff at reception was great.
The air conditioning did not work effectively. Even after I complained, I was told the duct was small. The bathroom lacked ventilation, smelly.
