the staff helped me book tours directly at the hotel. they also provided recommendations on places to eat. the location was excellent (i could walk almost everywhere i wanted). the breakfast was also great (especially the pho).
the bed was quite hard. the air conditioning was difficult to adjust. the walls had some scratches (though that didn't really bother me).

broken phonefridge issue
i found a couple of issues frustrating. the phone in my room did not work. i tried contacting the reception, but there was no dial tone at all. also , the fridge was off when i arrived , which was quite annoying as i wanted to cool some drinks immediately.
