The staff helped with everything. I requested tours, information, and my husband had a birthday there. They did provide a cake as surprise. The hotel location was a plus, near many points of interest though quiet at night.
The breakfast had limited options, especially for someone wanting Western style food.

The breakfast area had a nice view on the top floor. It looks out over the bustling street below. The hotel also arranged for an early morning taxi to the airport, so it was waiting when I came down.

The staff was friendly and helpful . They provided great advice for planning my ongoing travels. I even received a room upgrade to celebrate my anniversary, a very sweet gesture! Breakfast offered delicious noodle soup that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Lily was very helpful. She arranged tours and transportation! the hotel's location was great, close to many shops. laundry service was also available which was convenient. rooftop dining offered a satisfying menu.
The photos looked nicer than reality. The rooms seemed older! the internet connection was unreliable. It barely worked. our room was quite small. Large suitcases were difficult to manage.
