The location provided easy access to the French Quarters. The staff was very friendly, sweet, and helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed the pool, especially since the weather was warm. The complimentary coffee and tea were a nice touch, fostering a social environment among guests.
The walls were thin, I could hear hallway noise. The noise disrupted sleep.

The noise was a HUGE issue. I could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway, and adjacent rooms. It was hard to relax. the room felt small, I had only one chair and no desk. it WAS inconvenient.

The location offered easy access to both the french quarter and frenchmen street. That was a huge plus. the room, a double room with two double beds, provided ample space. also the staff was always available to assist, addressing any inquiries i had.
The minibar made a bit of noise at night. This made it somewhat difficult to sleep soundly.

my room was a very quiet suite. it was a perfect respite from the city streets. the bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. the bathroom had nice hand soap, a decent sink, and soft towels. the desk staff was very helpful. brittany, the manager, helped me add another night at a discount when my flight was cancelled.
everything upholstered needs cleaning. it did not have one. i had a parking lot view.
