Pierre is super helpful and friendly. I loved this team! rooms are so clean, and the beds are comfy. i like that i found a gym, free coffee, and a nice lounge space. i really enjoyed that my friends stayed here too and we all had a blast!

The hotel has an amazing position so close to bourbon street! it is also near the riverwalk. It took me only five minutes to walk there. the area felt safe, so i explored many spots around.

free coffee and tea are available in the lobby and that worked so well! i grabbed a cup each morning before i headed out. i could also get water bottles whenever i needed them.

the king room has a modern design and comfortable furniture and i was so impressed. the air conditioning worked perfectly and i felt so refreshed. i really liked the soft sheets!

the location was very convenient. it was close to attractions (especially bourbon street). the staff was helpful at all times. the room had complimentary coffee and water.
The hotel did not have a microwave. the pool area seemed outdated and dingy. housekeeping did not clean the room daily. I had to request it specifically.
