Really good Stay with Amazing Views

the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. the dinner reservations process was simple. my room had an amazing view from the terrace, it was really great. i appreciated the twelve o'clock check out time. the cog railway was very close, only minutes away.
i booked a room with a balcony ,but upon arrival, the room had been occupied by other guests. i then received a smaller room ,and it lacked a balcony. the size of the room mattered, as i had a baby and a dog with me.

the staff was youthful and energetic. their service was really good and they fulfilled all our requests. the receptionist was helpful , even speaking italian.

the hotel provides a privileged location, having a wonderful view. it is a little removed , but worth it. the views were beautiful from both the room and the garden.

The COG railway was just a short walk away and offered a complimentary ride to the city for hotel guests. I found free parking available at the hotel, convenient. The terrace offered Fine views, especially at sunset. The restaurant on site presented an extensive menu with a vegetarian option.
The room looked somewhat dated, and the bathtub showed noticeable wear with enamel missing.

The breakfast provided a very nice start to the day. the view from the room included both the lake and mountains. I found it charming. the bed was quite comfortable.
The room was small. There was hardly any space to move around. the hotel's location felt far from the city, posing a slight inconvenience. the road leading to the hotel was narrow, presenting a challenge while driving.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I found free parking available at the hotel. The hotel provided a travel pass which gave free access to the cog railway. This made trips into town very convenient (especially with the fine mountain views from the train).
The road to the hotel was a bit narrow, so driving required extra caution.

The location was superb, right next to the cog railway station (very convenient, indeed). my room offered fine views (i could see the lake!). the hotel reserved a table at the restaurant for me, great as it gets busy. the alpine cuisine was amazing. I particularly enjoyed the fondue.
