FANTASTIC Stay NEAR the train STATION
convenient location friendly staff walk in shower
The hotel's proximity to both the railway station and the airport bus stop was very convenient. I could easily walk to all main attractions. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide assistance. I loved the walk in shower. It was a refreshing way to start the day.
I found that the room lacked a safety deposit box. I had to request one from reception. It was delivered the following day.

The hotel is ideally situated close to the Jeanne d'Arc station. Its position allows for an easy walk to the city center, including Capitole and Basilique. The convenience made exploring the area easy.

central location helpful staff huge towels damaged paintwork loose seat missing doors
the location is very central to everything. the young lady at reception was friendly and helpful. the towels were huge and lovely.
the hotel needs a complete update, i noticed damaged paintwork throughout. the shower door and toilet seat were loose. the sliding doors on the wardrobe were missing entirely.

kind staff quiet room varied cereals room kettle
The staff was very kind and assisted me throughout my stay. The rooms were very quiet because of the double windows. I appreciated the soy milk available and the cereals offered at breakfast, including oats, cornflakes, chocolate chips, muesli, raisins, and dried apricots. The room included a kettle.
I noticed the hotel could benefit from some general updates as some carpets was worn.

charming stay near the station
convenient location quiet atmosphere
i found the location convenient as it was very close to transportation hubs. the room provided all necessary amenities, including a functional shower with ample hot water. i also appreciated the quiet atmosphere due to the double windows, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the breakfast offered a satisfactory range of options, including soy milk and various cereals.
the corridors and stairwell carpets seemed quite worn and could benefit from replacement. the lift felt rather small. i also noted limited space in the room for luggage storage, affecting overall comfort.

long corridor ordinary breakfast
The elevator was located at the END of a long corridor after three steps. It was difficult to manage this WITH luggage. The breakfast WAS ordinary for a three-star hotel. I also found out upon arrival that ALL the rooms at the front face a HUGE bus station.

The location was central. It was a short walk to the train station and the airport bus stop. The staff was friendly (always smiling!). The breakfast had fresh fruit salad.
