i appreciated the modern design throughout the hotel. the room had convenient features like lamps and usb ports right above the bed for easy access.. this proved very useful. the staff were accommodating, even with the language barrier, and i found that quite helpful. the tram stop right outside offered easy access to the city.

The room lacked storage space and countertop space. I found it challenging to manage my belongings comfortably . extra charges applied for daily towel changes and cleaning services, this added unexpected costs.

The breakfast included delicious bread. This was a pleasant surprise for the price. beverage and food service demonstrated high quality and attention to detail. i found the breakfast idea good. The pastries tasted particularly fresh.

The room was dark, I never stayed in a room so dim. The lack of a TV was also disappointing and the beds felt too small and hard. Noise from the hallway seeped in. I should pack earplugs next time.

the staff were very helpful! they gave great advice for catching my flight. the breakfast was amazing!!! it was the best buffet i've had. the hotel even arranged a reasonably priced driver to take me to the airport.

The room was quite small and had little storage. A longer stay might be challenging.
