The location was really central. i easily walked to major sites. That was very convenient. the staff was also very helpful, especially with recommendations for local restaurants, which i really liked.

The hotel location was amazing. It's only a short walk from the pantheon! friendly staff assisted with taxis and offered helpful advice, i appreciated that. they also stored our luggage and then made sure it was in our room when it was ready. the room was quite clean and charming!

Connecting multiple devices to the wifi needed multiple email and phone numbers, a bit inconvenient. only one device could connect per login. This made it difficult when traveling with several gadgets!

The location was indeed very central. I could easily walk to many points of interest. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good (the croissants were delicious!).

The street outside was noisy at night. My room was a bit cramped. I could not open my suitcase comfortably.

Wonderful stay near the Pantheon

The location was excellent with many historic sites within walking distance. The staff held our luggage and placed it in our room once it was ready. They helped secure taxis for us and offered helpful advice regarding transportation. I found the room clean upon arrival. The room included a safe and the air conditioning worked well.

The shower door in my room did not fully close. This caused some water to leak onto the bathroom floor during showers. This was a bit inconvenient but manageable.

The location was amazing, it was close to many attractions. i also liked that the staff was helpful and cute. They gave great recommendations. my room was a superior double room and it was large enough and comfortable.

The wifi connection was spotty. It made it difficult to plan our days. the breakfast lacked variety, it became repetitive after a few days. i also found the bathroom to be quite small.
