i appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transport, a short walk. the staff addressed requests quickly. i found several restaurants and shops nearby. the room offered a quiet retreat after a day of exploring.
The bathroom fixtures showed some wear. I think a refresh would enhance the experience. the shower head needed a good cleaning.

The double room included a small desk and chair. It also had a wardrobe with ample storage space. the twin beds had clean linens. blackout curtains helped ensure a restful sleep, and the air conditioning worked effectively.

The walls were thin. I could hear conversations next door.

the location was convenient. the ability to leave luggage was acceptable.
The room was poorly heated. It was very frustrating. one of the beds was broken! the mattresses were super hard. It was uncomfortable.

EXCELLENT stay near Termini!

The room was very clean. I appreciated its modern design. The location was AMAZING! It was very close to the train station. Staff were helpful and kind.
I would have liked it if the towels were maybe not so worn out. A better shower head would have been GREAT. I mostly got a jet-like stream. This hurt a bit.

The quadruple room was very good. It was a nice surprise that we got two bathrooms. The room was clean, and it had comfortable beds. A fridge was in the room.

Receptionists were always nice and attentive, a detail I noticed. The room was cleaned, and the bedding was done daily in the morning. This was helpful. The building is a few walks to Termini station.
