I found my room very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was FANTASTIC. It included a great choice of items, really filling. I liked the free coffee in the lobby. That was a nice touch.
My room faced a karaoke bar across the street. The loud noise continued late into the night. Closing the window helped, but it became too hot and I couldn't get air conditioning to work properly.

the lobby offers free coffee, tea, and chocolate milk which i appreciated. i found the breakfast selection quite extensive. my room was clean, and the location allowed me to walk to the city center easily. i was able to store my luggage at the hotel free of charge both before check-in and after check-out.
the exercise space felt slightly marginal.

The noise level was a real problem. A karaoke bar across the street blasted music until 3 AM. I had a room on the second floor facing the street was great. I told them about my gluten and lactose intolerance in advance, but the breakfast options for allergies were quite limited.
