a romantic getaway
fresh croissants central location helpful staff
the breakfast croissants were good and fresh. THE location was superb, just a short walk to both the train station and the city center. i found the staff members kind and helpful . i especially appreciated the convenient access to local attractions.
the bathroom light had a motion sensor and it turned off frequently. this was quite inconvenient.

this hotel offered a parking area near the premises. access to main attractions was very easy. i also noted that the train station was very close, facilitating transportation here.

a breakfast buffet was offered daily and it included several options. FRESH produce formed part of the selection. the croissants were particularly good and they became a daily highlight for me.

every staff member at the front desk provided prompt assistance. they helped with directions. i also secured recommendations for nearby restaurants. the team demonstrated a sincere willingness to accommodate my requests.

clean room friendly staff cooling problem cold room
my room was very clean. the bathroom i had, it had a fine golden and black design and also some marmor. the staff they had was nice and very friendly to me.
the receptionist told me the ac only works in summer for cooling and i learn the heating system in my room doesnt work also, it was very cold in the room. she says 'what can i do' when i talked about this.

a stay worth repeating
helpful staff needed room good location
i found the staff really helpful upon my arrival. the room did provide everything needed for my short visit. the location seemed great as it was near the train station.
the bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell, which i hope is resolved.

stained sheets broken dispenser
The hotel is in a good location, near a bus stop.
I was frustrated that the sheets in my room were stained. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well , either. I also discovered the soap and shower gel dispensers were empty. When I reported it , staff refilled them , but the shower gel dispenser broke soon after. Instead of fixing it , they gave me shower gel in a glass , which was absurd.

top notch hospitality adequate space flat pillow overnight hours
the staff at Lasserhof was really great. i felt the hospitality was something else. my triple room had adequate space for 3 beds also luggage.
every single pillow was totally flat. there aren't anyone onsite overnight. basically after 10pm, you're on your own.
