the room included a large, modern shower head. the air conditioning worked effectively. fresh towels were provided daily in abundance.
the breakfast room was quite small, it felt a bit crowded during peak hours.

the location was quite central and very well maintained. i found clean rooms. i especially appreciated the staff. they were super friendly and very helpful .
the breakfast room was very small and it was stressful to get a seat. the breakfast timings on weekdays went only up to 9.00 am. i found this unlike in many other hotels. the room lacked a large mirror i needed to get ready.

The location was acceptable. It was close to Times Square.
The breakfast room was quite small and always crowded. Securing a seat felt stressful, especially with such limited space. The breakfast timings on weekdays ended too early at 9.00 am. I expected a later time.

The hotel location felt romantic, so close to broadway. i found my room, a king room non-smoking, was clean and sweet. the staff gave me complimentary cookies and tea. It was a nice touch after long walks.
The breakfast area felt crowded, i find it was too small. the room, i noted, didn't have a great view. It was a bit disappointing.

the hotel location is great, i think. it is very close to many attractions. i also love the big and comfy bed. bathroom was nice also!
the check-in process was not the best. i arrived early in the morning after a long flight. the reception lady was not willing to help me. i had a really hard time because of that!
