unpleasant tapmalfunctioning air conditioning
the bathroom tap did not consistently dispense cold water brushing teeth with warm water was unpleasant i reported the malfunctioning air conditioning after the first night i was told it would be fixed but it did not improve during my second night

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful advice on local restaurants. My room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is convenient for accessing the subway and exploring Little Italy and Chinatown.
I noticed there is no real lobby. The photos online seemed a bit deceiving. The website showed murals in the tiny area, which only has a desk and a small sofa. I found that to be a bit misleading.

The hotel had super nice staff and a great location. Most affordable pricing was available. They accommodated a late check out, great to keep our bags there all day.
The room was a little shabby , missing a few fixtures , made it look a little tatty. Painting was going on in the hallway on our floor.
