Wonderful stay in a great location!

The hotel is close to shops and transportation. The staff offered timely responses to requests. My room was clean and housekeeping made sure it was super clean daily (a big plus for me). I really appreciated the polite staff. They were always ready to help.
The furniture was slightly dated.

i was so thrilled with my room. the bed was huge. the bathroom was beautiful and clean. the staff was always ready to help. ferzin is just amazing and was so helpful. she understood my situation when my child was sick and she agreed to a late check-out, i was so thankful. i also want to thank eden from the reception and zafrana, rahman karthik for their great service.

the location is perfect with the metro station just steps away. a mall, shops, a mosque, and so many food options are all within easy walking distance, i loved this so much. this makes it very convenient. i felt so connected to everything.

the staff is unbelievable they are amazing people. special thanks to rahman, sunny, and fermin for their really good hospitality, i was so impressed. they are always on top of everything, so helpful. i was really well looked after.

the breakfast has regional options and it's really fulfilling and varied. the selection is decent. i could also leave my luggage at the reception without any problems. inside, it's clean and tidy, i liked the options for breakfast.

I think the staffs is kindly and professional. Eden at reception was a real highlight. It was a warm welcome to the place.
I did noticed the breakfast. There was not a lot of variety to the meals. The food presentation needs some help. And room was not have more light.
