the staff was cute. cleanliness was really good. the bed was comfortable. the location is excellent, just a three-minute walk to the center. there were many shops, restaurants, and the marina nearby.
i could hear the keyboard sounds from reception in my room, made me self-conscious about making any noise.

the reception staff provided a good service during check-in. the receptionists and their colleagues were helpful. i could request free ice cubes at reception. the staff helped me find my room in the dark during a blackout.

there is a roof terrace with chairs and tables. i could bring my own bottle of wine to the terrace. i enjoyed the view over the rooftops. i could also leave my belongings after checking out.

the hotel is in a quiet area. it is close to everything. it is near shops, restaurants, the ocean, and bars. free parking by the historical wall is a short stroll away. the train station is nearby.

the location is genuinely superb. it's close to various restaurants. the rooftop terrace provided a cozy, enjoyable space. i appreciated the air conditioning system inside the superior double room.
The sound proofing was not great. I could hear hallway noises.

The staff really stood out. They were helpful and courteous throughout my stay. the location was also ideal. i especially appreciated how super clean and charming the hotel was, it added a lot to my visit.
my room was a little noisy. the church tower next door chimed frequently, and i could hear neighbors in the building nearby during their late dinner. it bothered me more than i thought it would.

The room included a wide bed, bedside tables, and a desk with drawers. It provided ample space to store personal belongings. a kettle was available for making hot drinks, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom offered a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer.
