the gym wasn't fully functional, and the air conditioning was not effective.

The room was very clean. Breakfast had a great variety. There seemed to be something for everyone. Access to the sea was very easy. Hotel guests receive towels and access to the loungers.
The air conditioning was not working. I asked and was told they maintain the same temperature for everyone. The phones to call the reception desk were broken. The furniture seemed old.

The staff were friendly and helpful . The breakfast had lots of variety. The view from my room was amazing too.
There was no regular water available. Only hot water came from all the faucets. The lack of hot water initially was also a problem. I was moved to another room, it was noticeably older.

The breakfast was very tasty with a varied selection of foods. The staff was polite, smiling, and friendly . The access to the beach club was excellent and a real highlight. The location was convenient!
The air conditioning did not work very well. It only cooled about half of the room, made sleeping difficult, though I requested extra pillows.

The hotel's location near Terracity was really convenient. This allowed for easy access to shopping and dining. The beach club being easily accessible was great. The area not sketchy at all for walking, even at night.

The staff offered great support . They were available and helpful. The location has beautiful sea cliffs for long walks. City center access was easy with the quick buses. I appreciated the prompt service.
The wi-fi signal was unstable and slow throughout the hotel, which caused some inconvenience! It interrupted streaming videos and made remote work difficult, so I needed better connectivity.
