the breakfast was good and delicious. the hotel was close to shops and restaurants. cengiz helped me with my check-in. jan also helped me with transparency and respect.

the rooms smell of smoke. the windows didn't close properly, so i could hear all outside noise. towels felt old to the touch.

slow wifirattling air conditioning

The wifi was slower than a snail racing a turtle. I struggled to even load basic websites. the bathroom was a joke, with a shower head which barely dribbled water. the tv only showed news channels. i also noticed the air conditioning rattled all night long and kept me up.
