small cabinlimited breakfast
Our stay felt overpriced. The cabin seemed smaller than I expected. I also found the lack of on-site breakfast options inconvenient. I had to drive to a nearby town each morning. This added unnecessary time to my schedule. I think clearer marketing of the cabin's suitability for smaller groups would help manage expectations better.
i found the grounds were kept in amazing condition. the woodland elm cabin was super clean on arrival. all staff were very friendly and were happy to help. i thought this was a very nice and appreciated touch.
the cabin felt a little too small for six adults. i think it would work better with a smaller group.

The woodland setting was very beautiful. Our mobile home was clean with great facilities. I also noticed EV chargers available onsite (very convenient!). It provided a superb base to explore the beautiful Snowdonia region.
The walk to the hot tub passed in front of other caravans, slightly compromising privacy.

cramped bathroomthin walls
the location was better in photos than in reality. i found the caravan rather cramped, especially the bathroom. there wasn't adequate space to move around without bumping into something.. also, the promised 'peaceful' atmosphere was often disrupted by noisy neighbors . the thin walls offered little sound insulation, ruining quiet evenings.

underwhelming stay, some issues with accommodation
gorgeous groundunwilling stafflimited privacy
the grounds were gorgeous and well maintained. the gardens were particularly noteworthy.
The lodge felt quite overpriced considering the overall experience. it was smaller than i anticipated and not particularly private. the staff seemed unwilling to help resolve simple requests. Their inflexibility created unnecessary stress.
