the staff were helpful, especially with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. there was always someone available to assist, despite the automated systems.
the bed was firm. it felt almost like sleeping on a hard surface this.

the staff provided helpful information for reaching tourist destinations. i found the location very convenient. there was a grocery store open 24/7 inside the hotel. the room included good soundproofing, which allowed peaceful rest.
i found the bed somewhat firm, though extra pillows helped.
