The staff spoke English fluently. They were polite. The refills of amenities hanging on the door upon return were nice. It was easy to get to the airports, as the line connects to Ueno and Higashi Ginza.
The room was very well equipped with lighting and power outlets. The heating and cooling are centrally controlled. The windows are openable but traffic is a bit noisy unless higher than 7 floors.
