I found the location to be awesome. It was a short walk to St Stephan's. My room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable (I slept like a baby). Breakfast was plentiful, with many options. For an inner-city hotel, I found it to be surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated after a long day of sightseeing.
The only minor inconvenience was the occasionally spotty WiFi connection. It wasn't always reliable.

The staff were consistently friendly and cute. They provided prompt assistance when needed. Upon request, they readily supplied wine glasses and a bottle opener for enjoying local wine. Their helpfulness certainly enhanced my overall experience.

The hotel's location worked wonders. I accessed shops with great ease. The staff were really cute. I enjoyed having an earlier check in. My room were better than I expected. It had a high standard.
My experiences with the front desk wasn't too swell. I called to confirm the receipt of an email but was treated disrespectfully. It felt hostile and totally out of place! It left a bad impression.
