The room was clean, and it seemed to be disinfected daily. The staff was very friendly. The location was very convenient. I had easy access to public transportation. The proximity to a shopping center was also a plus.
The window in my room did not fully open, and i could not properly ventilate the space. This was a bit inconvenient, although it didn't severely impact my stay.

The room was neat. The bathroom was clean. There was an air conditioner. I found a blow dryer in the room. Free hot drinks was a nice surprise. I noticed a fridge too.
The hearing did not work when I first came. It was fixed.
