i found the team very helpful at the hotel. they provided good rooms and facilities. a coin-operated launderette was available, i noticed. the location was convenient for getting into town. a great pool and spa complex stood out.
the quality of complimentary coffee was inconsistent. i received a bad quality, old coffee once. the water pressure in the shower was low. i was also asked to move my car from the parking lot before my check-out time.

The loft suite had a queen bed and provided ample space for relaxation. I found the kitchen very handy. It was well-appointed and allowed me to cook meals. The mezzanine level for the bedroom created a unique and enjoyable layout. The staff was friendly, always willing to help with any questions or requests I had.
The decor seemed a bit dated, though the room was clean.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The food was AMAZING!!! There were several options available that catered to different dietary needs. The service was efficient, and the dining area was kept clean and organized during peak hours.

I really enjoyed the king whirlpool room. The room size was perfect and included a large tv. the bathroom was very large. It featured two sinks and a huge walk-in shower. i found the pool area and hot tub to be very good. the bed was comfortable!
i was disappointed that there was no dishwasher and i found that they charge $25 for dishes you leave in the sink. i was not informed of this policy before my stay!

the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the town. this allowed for easy access to dining and shopping options, yet kept the hotel itself peaceful and quiet, away from the busy streets.

My room included a king bed. It was comfortable with nice linens. i appreciated having a large tv in the room. It provided entertainment when i was relaxing in the evenings. the bathroom was spacious, offering two sinks and a walk in shower.

Check-in was very simple. The staff was efficient and friendly. i found all staff members to be helpful and courteous. They addressed any questions i had promptly. the coin laundry was very convenient. It cost $2 to wash and $2 to dry.

The restaurant had lovely staff. Their service was excellent. the food was delicious, matching the prices of restaurants downtown! i especially enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant right in the hotel. It made dining very easy.
