the room was acceptably clean upon arrival.
the television in the room did not function correctly. i found i was also not permitted to have guests without paying an additional €30 per night. i also requested to warm up leftover pizza, but i was initially refused. this seemed quite unreasonable.

the daily housekeeping services ensured my room was consistently cleaned with great detail. its proximity to bus stations was convenient for exploring, i also found many nearby dining options to suit my tastes.
during my stay, i found the absence of hot water one day quite inconvenient. there was no water at all the next day, it affected my daily routine. i believe better communication could address such issues.

the room have a mini fridge for drinks and snacks, it were useful. the accessible bathroom features thoughtful design and beautiful finishes, it ensured convenience. a comfortable bed also contributed to a restful night.

the hotel are situated near bus stops, it allows simple access to transportation. plentiful cafés and shops is nearby, guests have many options. there is good internet so i watch youtube and netflix.

this hotel provide central location near many amenities. the hotel are close to restaurants and bars, guests have options. it is just minutes away from supermarkets and shopping areas.

the breakfast include a very good standard and caters for all tastes. a four hour slot for breakfast exists, i find it flexible. there are also options for breakfast that i like always.

the staff were very helpful always, they offer prompt assistance. the receptionists were nice too and provide information. one receptionist was very helpful and kind from serbia, he is good.
