The location was EXCELLENT. It's near Jema El-Fna Square. staff members were friendly and very polite. I liked that a lot. the room had a very good smell, which i found good.

the location is fantastic, close to many good dining options and the vibrant medina. loubna (she was helpful). i particularly enjoyed the easy access to the koutoubia mosque, just a short walk across the road from the hotel.

The breakfast was fairly basic. I would have liked a bit more variety.

the hotel location is convenient near the medina and various restaurants. the staff was friendly (especially talib), and i received prompt assistance. mouhidime helped with luggage storage, useful. the price reflects the location benefits.

one side of the wardrobe could not be opened because of the bed placement, reducing its usability.
