I found the staff friendly and helpful . My room was very comfy and tidy. I especially enjoyed the delicious food offered at both dinner and breakfast. The full English breakfast provided a great start to the day.
The shower in my room had somewhat poor water pressure, a little difficult to rinse thoroughly.

the Full English was quality and hot. the staff totally did everything they could to provide us with an early check-in, it was MUCH appreciated. staff are LOVELY.

I had lunch, dinner, and breakfast at the hotel. Everything was SUPERB. the food was perfectly cooked, and portion sizes were good. there were also gluten-free options available.
